What is 66 Cake.Lab?

我們是鹿鹿烘焙研究所(66 Cake.Lab)。
名字中的「66」來自廣東話「鹿鹿」,呼應我們母公司「呦呦鹿鳴」的品牌精神:以心待人,以心做甜品。
66 Cake.Lab takes its name from “66” — pronounced “luk luk” in Cantonese, meaning “deer deer,” a nod to our parent brand Deerlicious pudding, which believes in heartfelt connection through dessert.

從一款布丁燒開始的故事

我們在香港專注製作布丁燒,七年來只賣一款產品。
因為我們相信,一件事做好,就已經足夠動人。
We started by crafting a single pudding cake — and stuck with it for seven years.
Because we believe that doing one thing exceptionally well can truly move people.

旅客想帶走的味道

A Taste Tourists Want to Take Home

布丁燒好食,但保鮮期短,唔適合長途帶走。
有加拿大與美國的客人食過之後都好想送俾屋企人,但無法帶走。
Our pudding cake is delicious, but it needs refrigeration.
Many overseas customers — from Canada, the US and beyond — told us they wished they could bring it home.

香港特色手信,由此誕生

因此,我們創立 66 Cake.Lab,研發出一款能代表香港、又適合送禮和攜帶的產品:SSS(SuperSeedsSnowBall),雪球曲奇。
用法國 Échiré 牛油、榴槤、紫菜肉鬆、大澳蝦醬等特色食材,每一款都揉合港式風味與創意。
This gave birth to our new journey: crafting the SSS Snowball Cookies — Hong Kong-inspired cookies that travel well and gift even better.
We use ingredients like Échiré butter, durian, salted egg floss, seaweed, and even shrimp paste from Tai O to create bold, local flavours.
